Obtained biocatalyst shows prolonged action and operates at all length of gastroenteric tract without significant loss of enzymatic activity. EFFECT: enhanced stability and effectiveness of enzymic preparation, decreased food consumption, increased productivity of broilers, diminished cost price. 2 tbl
