FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has monolithic block to mount laser diode matching strip line on dielectric backing with contact for feed of permanent bias. Laser diode is manufactured in the form of two-section structure composed of modulation section with impedance matching impedance of source of modulating signal connected to strip line and amplification section connected to contact for feed of permanent bias from separate circuit isolated from strip line.
