FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: Silica powder is laid on wound preliminary 2-4 hours before surgical treatment; then borders of viable tissues are estimated visual. After that necrotic tissues are removed and wound is treated with water suspension of silica. EFFECT: simplification of definition of viability of soft tissues in wound and fulfillment of prophylaxis of wound complications.
