SUBSTANCE: at carrying out necrectomy of deep burns upon patient's limbs by applying a hemostatic tourniquet it is necessary to perform skin plasty with a one-piece skin transplant under the tourniquet, and the latter should be removed after applying a pressing bandage onto the wound that enables to decrease intraoperational blood loss and shorten the terms of operation for hemostasis before plasty.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
