FIELD: sports. SUBSTANCE: bike trainer is designed for training muscles of waist belly and back. For this purpose motions swinging with respect to axis 8 are imparted to handlebar 2 through handles 5. Resistance effort of friction pair which trainee overcomes is set by pressing disc 3 of handlebar to disc 7 with the use of nut with handle. Trainee simultaneously treadles pedals 10 overcoming resistance of brake gear 9. To train muscles of belly and back handlebar is turned through 90 deg and fixed with screw on support 6. Then gripping handles 5 on one side from axis 8 trainee imparts swinging motions upwards-downwards to handlebar. In this case trainee rests with his feet against pedals 10. EFFECT: bike trainer gives possibility to create loads on all groups of muscles of body and to train human body harmonically. 3 dwg
