FIELD: granulators. SUBSTANCE: granulator has a bath filled with fluid and a hollow cylinder mounted at an angle in it, and a cylindrical body coaxial to the cylinder. The hollow cylinder and the cylindrical body are interconnected by endless screw blades fastened to their side surfaces. The cylindrical body has a cone at its lower end, the cone is rotatably mounted in a spherical bearing. Liquid glass is fed to the hollow cylinder from a chute from above, and liquid from the bath - through a pipeline. The hollow cylinder and the cylindrical body surfaces have holes in the liquid zone of the bath. The device excludes sintering of glass granules in the turbulent liquid flow due to multiple cooling and mechanical mixing, and reduces its metallization.
