SUBSTANCE: according to invention feather wind turbine with support, vertical shaft and turnable blades includes sectional hub in form of squirrel cage and rim made up of similar parts clamped together by braces and elastic feathers secured by one end vertically upwards and downwards in hinge joints on rim. Said parts from profile cascades. Elastic limiter installed in hinge joints provides deflection of feather plane position perpendicular to radius within +45o, with force minimum in middle and rising to maximum in extreme positions. Invention makes it possible to create wind power-generating sets of high output and high torque at high degree of operation reliability.
