FIELD: conversion of solar energy into electric energy. SUBSTANCE: photoelectric module has body incorporating photoconverters coated with layer of clear sealing varnish and connected to face glass. Sealing mount of L-shaped cross-section is linked to body and face glass with the use of opaque sealing compound. As a result there is created sealing of labyrinth type providing high reliability. Two layers of insulating film alternating with layers of opaque sealing compound join rear surfaces of photoconverters to body. Decoupling diodes located on rear surfaces of commutation wires fabricated in the form of strips provide for smoothing of effect of ambient atmosphere on characteristics of photoelectric module. Thickness of substrates of diodes equals to that of substrates of photoconverters and thickness of glass exceeds thickness of substrates of photoconverters by 5-10 times.
