FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making modules of high-efficiency solar cells on a honeycomb panel in solar batteries of spacecrafts. Method of manufacturing a solar cell module includes applying a layer of silicone filler on the back side of solar cells equipped with a protective glass plate on the front side and output buses, gluing a protective substrate onto the silicone filler layer, performing vacuum degassing, before applying the silicone filler, a three-layer adhesive coating is formed on the back side of the solar cells by successively applying an adhesion promoter, then applying drop spraying silicone sealant “УФ7-21”, performing heat treatment, applying a silicone sealant paste without a catalyst, exposing the surface of the cured silicone sealant to said paste for at least 30 minutes, silicone filler is applied and a protective substrate is glued, wherein said silicone sealant is used as the silicone filler.

EFFECT: invention provides increased service life, increased reliability of solar battery and reduced scope of repair works due to provision of strength of adhesive connection of silicone filler with back metallization of solar cells and protective substrate.
