FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: stomach stump together with anastomosis is separated from window in transverse mesentery. Seromyotomy is effected on front and rear walls of stomach parallel to anastomosis line over its entire length. Seromuscular layer of stomach is dissected from submuscous one to both sides of incision. Margins of seromuscular layer of stomach are sutured to each other and to intestine wall over seromyotomia line. EFFECT: elimination of postresection disorder by formation of valve in region of anastomosis and reduced injury caused by operation. 5 dwg
