FIELD: automation of technological processes. SUBSTANCE: operation line for the process of manufacturing metallic powders comprises feed material storage bins 1 and 2 subsequently arranged and connected to each other. From the storage bin the material is pneumatically conveyed through the pneumatic damps via conveying tubes 15 to pneumatic pulverizers 9 and 10. When pulverized to a preset fraction the material is fed to separators 11 and 12. Further the material is conveyed by conveying tubes 14 to a cyclone. The obtained powder of proper fraction is charged into an intermediate storage bin 46. Heavy fractions are fed to bin 16 by a return tube. From the storage bin 46 the powder is fed to dosing means comprised of two-compartment bin. The charge so prepared is fed via a collecting tube to a device for making the mold ready. The charge is stored in the chamber. The mold is moved out to a charge position on the table and then is placed into a molding position on some processing device. A displaceable bar of the punch machine is lowered to its lowermost position while the mold ( the container ) is tightened by a collar. Inert gas is admitted to the closed collar through some channels and simultaneously a cooling water is introduced to the reaction chambers of the mold through the other channels. An ignition mixture is set fired by means of current carriers. In the chamber of the mold a spontaneous high temperature synthesis process proceeds. The briquets so obtained are removed from the reaction chambers through a discharge window of the table. EFFECT: intensified manufacture of metal articles. 4 cl, 6 dwg
