FIELD: brakes of motor transport. SUBSTANCE: composition contains, % : phenol resin as a binder 5.0-15.0, fibrous filter containing mixture of aramide fiber 1.5-3.0, mineral fiber 5.0-20.0, steel fiber 2.0-20.0, silicium carbide 8.0-15.0, powder alloy on the base of fusible metals 3.0-12.0, barium sulfate to 100. Above mentioned alloy has melting point 320-380 C, its secretary heat of infusion is more 15 cal/g. Proposed composition may additionally contain brass wire and/or carbon fiber (each up to 15% ), butadiene-nitrile rubber having acryl acid nitriles content 27-35 % (to 5% ), sulfur (to 1% ), mica (to 10% ). Alloy of zinc and magnesium at mass ratio 94: 6 or 98: 2 or 54: 46 or alloy of zinc and magnesium and aluminium at mass ratio 90.5: 3.5: 6.0 or alloy of zinc, copper and aluminium at ratio 88: 4: 8, or alloy of tin and aluminium at mass ratio 97.5: 2.5 are preferable for usage as mentioned above powder alloy. Friction coefficient thus prepared polymer material is 0.40-0.43, its energy wear is (0,38-1,9)·10-7 cm3/J. EFFECT: improves composition quality. 5 cl, 1 tbl
