If necessary, composition may comprise, wt.-%: not more than 20 wt.-% of glass fiber; not more than 10 wt.-% of bronze chips and up to 0.2 wt.-% of calcium stearate. Composition comprising, wt.-%: phenol resin 6.0; phenol resin, 0.8; butadiene rubber, 3.2; zinc oxide, 0.8; ultrathin steel fiber, 48,0; antimony trisulfide, 7.0; graphite, 5.0; zinc-magnesium alloy 54:56, 5.0; barium sulfate, 6.5; chromium oxide, 6.0; cut brass wire, 3.0; fephazite, 8.0 forms material with following characteristics: average stability coefficient, 0.92; average friction coefficient, 0.41; and power wear 10-7cm3/J, 0.50.
