SUBSTANCE: composition with stable friction coefficient not higher than 92% (stability coefficient is not greater 0.92) comprises, wt.-%: phenol-formaldehyde resin, 5.4-12.0; butadiene nitrile rubber, 1.5-4.0; vulcanizing group, 0.75-2.0; ultrathin steel fiber, 1.5-60.0; carbon filler, 1.5-8.0; powdery zinc-magensium alloy, 4.0-8.0; cut brass wire, 3.0-6.0; microporous zeolite, 5.0-15.0; chromium oxide, 1.0-8.0; antimony trisulfide, 3.0-10.0; barium sulfate, the balance. If necessary, composition may comprise, wt.-%: not more than 20 wt.-% of glass fiber; not more than 10 wt.-% of bronze chips and up to 0.2 wt.-% of calcium stearate.
