FIELD: projection kinescopes with laser screens. SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing laser screen of cathode-ray tube semiconductor plate is polished on one side. Chemically stable multilayer mirror coat is applied to this side through mask with rectangular hole. Layer of certain thickness is etched away from sections of plate unprotected by coat. Plate is cemented to transparent cold-conducting backing using, for instance calibrated slices. Then back side of plate is treated and current-conducting high-reflective coat is deposited. EFFECT: improved quality of laser screen thanks to enhanced homogeneity of its glow, prolonged service life, reduced percentage of rejects during manufacture of laser screens. 3 cl, 4 dwg
