FIELD: electric acoustics. SUBSTANCE: capacitor loud-speaker has membrane disposed in air space between two perforated motionless electrodes made of electro-insulating material. Electrodes have current-conducting covering and insulating covering in the side of the membrane. Insulating covering enters partially perforated holes of motionless electrodes. Ring areas are made along the perimeter of perforated holes as well as insulating covering. The areas and the covering are made to be multilayer of glass-cloth.
