FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: present method deals with treating infectious diseases. One should carry out fixation of tested material onto solid porous support, treat this support with 2%-bovine serum albumin, wash this support with detergent solution, treat this support with solution of labelled specific IgG, treat it with "developing" solution, perform washing, drying and visual registration of obtained results. Moreover, material under testing is applied onto support at pore size of 0.17-0.6 mcm, dried at 20-25 C for 20-30 min, then support should be twice washed with physiological solution containing 0.05%- Twin-20, followed by treatment with bovine serum albumin for 10-20 min, then support should be twice washed with physiological solution containing 0.05%- Twin-20, treated with solution of specific IgG labelled by colloid silver for 20-30 min at 20-25 C, twice washed with Twin-20-containing physiological solution and once - by distilled water. After that it should be treated for 5 min with "developing" solution containing menthol, citric acid and silver nitrate at the following ratio of components, g: menthol 0.2, citric acid 0.5, silver nitrate 0.2, distilled water 100. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection.
