FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: idea of new method of preparing modified cis-1,4-polyisoprene consists in reacting polyisoprene with maleic anhydride in worm stirrer at temperature of 100 to 300 C. Maleic anhydride was admixed with organic solution having boiling point of 160 C minimum, at maleic anhydride to solution ratio 0.5 to 5.0, and then heated prior to being fed in worm stirrer. Thus prepared modified polyisoprene was then treated with water, aqueous solution or water suspension of inorganic salt and/or fatty carbonic acid or salt thereof. EFFECT: higher yield. 3 cl, 3 tbl
