FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves precise calculating bone fragment displacement values to provide precise reposition of fracture; to do that, effectuating marking of bone fragment axes and of locations, where nails are supposed to be passed, on X-ray photographs; interconnecting outer cross-hairs of nail passage locations and bone fragment axes by line; comparing bone fragments and moving repositioning nails in the direction opposite to deflection of bone fragment axes from indicated line by a value equal to distance between bone fragment axes and indicated line in the location of passage of repositioning nails. EFFECT: efficient treatment of tubular bone fractures.
