FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the usage of solution at the following ratio of components, g/l : adenine 1.35-2.70; inosine 4-8; citric acid 14.5-15.0; glucose 55-60; Na3PO4 2-3; sodium merthiolate 0.10-0.15; NaOH 8.5-9.0. For detection of isohemagglutinine α and β in blood spots CaCl2 (0.03-0.04 g/l) is added additionally to the solution used. EFFECT: enhanced quality of solution.
