SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to a composition for the long-term preservation of standard native red blood cells containing sodium citrate, sodium orthophosphate, glucose, adenine and riboxinum, characterized in that the composition additionally contains fetal serum, phospholipids and lysozyme, and also refers to a set for the long-term preservation of standard native red blood cells, consisting of a composition and standard native red blood cells, and also refers to the use of a kit for the diagnosis of antibodies to red blood cell antigens.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an expansion of the range of inexpensive and affordable preservatives and a significant prolongation of the shelf life of a full-fledged red blood cell panel by protecting the cell membrane of red blood cells at late storage periods.
