SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out subtotal colectomy with molding ileo- and sigmostomy in mobilization of sigmoid colon, leaving one of sigmoid arteries, passing infusion catheter through sigmoid arteries into upper rectal artery and finally administering necessary drugs. EFFECT: lower rate of post-infusion complications.
