FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out lymphatic tissue drain in intravenously drop-wise administering hemodesis and rheopolyglukine at a dose of 400.0 ml every second day in combination with concurrent direct endolymphatic infusion of 1 g of cephasoline solved in 4.0 ml of 40% hypertonic glucose solution at a rate of 8 ml/h with 15 min delayed intracorporal intranodal laser radiation treatment of glucose, cephasoline, lymph and lymphatic tissue solutions during 60 min through monofiber polymer light guide of not less than 25 cm in length and 0.4 mm diameter through catheterized inguinal lymphatic node. The radiation has 1.8 mW power and 0.63 mcm wavelength. The lymphatic node is excised without its cortical substance being injured. Melted subclavicular standard catheter of 1 mm diameter is used once a day during 6-8 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
