Cylindrical thin-wall insert is secured in bearing support, whereas cover plate is provided with eccentric thin-wall insert without bevels. In the splitting zone the inserts are of equal thickness, whereas in the zone of symmetry the thickness of the eccentric insert is greater than or equal to the thickness of cylindrical insert.
