FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device for spatial distribution of electric charge in solid dielectrics has pulse generator of optical radiation and unit for registration of acoustic-induced electric signal having electric coupling with dielectric sample, meter of parameters of laser radiation and unit for conversion and processing of signals. Generator of optical radiation has two channels. One of channels is coupled to optical input of meter of parameters of laser radiation which electric output is linked to first input of unit for conversion and processing of signals. Its second input is connected to output of unit for registration of acoustic-induced electric signal. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement. 1 dwg
