FIELD: quantum electronics devices.
SUBSTANCE: purpose of the invention is stable excitation of the active element on vapours of metals and their halides with a frequency of up to 200 kHz and a high rate of current rise, which ensures selective population of the upper working level and improved excitation efficiency. The technical result is achieved by parallel connection of standard modules, including a high-frequency semiconductor transistor and a storage capacitance.
EFFECT: due to a special control system, the device provides time separation of the processes of discharge and charge of storage tanks, which increases the reliability of the device.
