FIELD: manufacturing industrial rubber articles and rubber footwear, processing tires. SUBSTANCE: wastes of rubber articles are ground to particles 5 mm in size. Crumb is mixed with pasty activator of regeneration, the process is carried out in conventional mixing device. Mentioned above activator contains 2-mercaptobenzthiazol, urotropin, ferrum stearate and glycol, their molar ratio being 1:(0.2-1.0):(0.0017-0.017):(0.37-0.61) respectively. Mixing is followed by affection with high-frequency electromagnetic field. Tensile strength thus prepared regenerate is 7.6-8.1 MPa. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 tbl
