FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine has hollow split housing with end plates and gas distribution devices; arranged inside the housing for rotation and relative displacement are blade pistons with gas and oil seals which are rigidly secured on the coaxial shafts; piston motion synchronizing mechanism kinematically links the coaxial shafts with the parallel output shaft by means of eccentrics and connecting rods. Eccentrics of piston motion synchronizing mechanism are rigidly mounted on the respective coaxial shafts. Output shaft is made integral with disk which is eccentrically located by the cylindrical holes engageable with eccentrics of coaxial shafts; connecting rods and eccentrics are located symmetrically relative to plane passing through axis of coaxial shafts and axis of hole of output shaft; sum of eccentricities of cylindrical hole of output shaft and axis of output shaft relative to axis of coaxial shafts is less than sum of eccentricities of each eccentric and cylindrical hole of connecting rod relative to axis of hole of output shaft.
