FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: coaxial magnetron has body of coaxial resonator, anode resonator system with groups of different profile coupling slits (coupling slits of first type and second type), coupling window for energy output. Azimuthal inhomogeneities in coaxial magnetron are created by change of dimensions or shape of coupling slits in groups. Suppression of oscillations type TE121 in coaxial resonator is achieved by selection of optimum orientation of azimuthal inhomogeneities with reference to output of energy. Azimuthal angle between window for energy output and center of any groups of coupling slits amounts to 45 ± 3 deg. EFFECT: improved efficiency of suppression of interfering oscillations. 2 dwg
