FIELD: medicine, extraporal plasma cleaning technique. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out plasmapheresis and heparin precipitation of exfused plasma at a temperature of from -20 to -35 degrees C. The method is characterized in that heparin precipitation is carried out in a single step, then sorption of supernatant of frozen-out plasma is carried out. The method permits to remove a wide spectrum of substances playing the main role in pathogenesis of diseases associated with deep chronic disturbances of metabolism in the patients's organism.
