FIELD: medicine and sports. SUBSTANCE: device includes two angular strips 1 and 2 which are positioned in parallel to one another and whose apexes are pointed in same direction. These strips are pivotally interconnected by transverse strips 3, 4 and 5 to make hinge parallelogram. Hinges may include load regulator 6 and effort-reading scale 7.
