SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gymnastic equipment and is intended, in particular, to train both hands. Expander can be used as a means of general and special physical training in most kinds of sport, as well as for rehabilitation in different health care institutions. The wrist expander comprises a V-shaped housing and planks, which interact with each other through the hinge, where the mechanism of load changing is installed. The end parts of the expander are rounded and/or expanded and the bigger part to capture with the hands is covered with an elastic material.
EFFECT: simplified construction of the expander.
