FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a composite material containing a mold made out of organosilicon or organofluoric polymer depending on maximum temperature of heat-transfer agents in the heat exchanger, and a filler - blacklead or copper or iron in such quantities, which allow to receive a material with required heat stability, a factor of thermal conductivity, an angle of wetting, firmness and rust resistance, and a method of its production by mixing of powders of the organosilicon or organofluoric polymers with fillers - blacklead or copper or iron in quantities, defined by a required factor of heat transfer, rust resistance, a wetting angle, firmness and mechanical strength of a material, with following heating of a homogeneous mixture to a viscous-flow state at temperature below the temperatures of decomposition of the polymer, and by hot either hot dynamic pressing or by a paste extrusion and heat treatment. The technical result is the composite material may be used in the heat exchangers intended for mounting on the transport and stationary installations and for operation in the aggressive and non- aggressive mediums with the heat-transfer agents of different parameters.
EFFECT: usage of the composite material may in the heat exchangers of transport and stationary installations with different heat exchangers in aggressive and non- aggressive mediums.
