SUBSTANCE: method for forming a 3D body consists in forming the 3D body of a parallelepiped which is beforehand separated into two parts: a cube and a cube half. The cube forms the core in the form of a cube having its apexes removed up to the middle of each edge. The cube half is separated into four little cubes. Each of little cubes is then separated into four triangular pyramids and a tetrahedron. The removed apexes and triangular pyramids are attached to the core faces having the form of reduced squares in sets of four. The apparatus for forming a 3D body has a core made in the form of a cube having its apexes removed up to the middle of each edge and twenty four triangular pyramids.
