FIELD: protection of environment. SUBSTANCE: engine exhaust fumes are sucked in by slots of lower and upper pipes both at the side of highway and walkway. Cross sectional area of lower pipe is equal to or more than 1.5 times the cross sectional area of upper pipe. Engine exhaust fumes are conveyed along gas conduits and underground pipelines for cleaning through catalyst and/or absorber followed by self-decomposition in rainfall discharge and/or sewage networks. EFFECT: more efficient trapping and neutralization of engine exhaust fumes. 6 dwg
