FIELD: metal cutting tools. SUBSTANCE: cutter has body with shank and wire cutting members located in angular grooves made on external surface of cutter body. Cutting members have cantilever parts protruding in axial direction beyond mentioned angular grooves. Cutter is provided with annular rest mounted on shank side and intended for engagement with cutting members. It has also clamps with two angular grooves intended for engagement with cantilever parts of cutting members. Angular grooves of cutter body intended for engagement with one clamp are different in depth. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 dwg
