FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: spicy-aromatic raw materials are extracted by mixture of liquified gas with eugenol, thymol, anethole or by extracts containing mentioned above compounds. The phases are separated, gas being distilled of liquid phase by increasing temperature and/or by decreasing pressure. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
