FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: catalyst is reaction product received by mixing for 1 - 2 h nonaqueous and aqueous solution of tertiary amine, haloalkyl, alcohol and polychloralkane in the 1:1:(2-3):(2-4) molar ratio with the process proceeding at the temperature ranging from 40 to 90 C. The amine used as tertiary one has the formula R1 R2R3N. R1, R2, R3 alkyl, C1-C5-alkyl, γ- chlorallyl, benzyl, unsaturated C4-C5-hydrocarbons. The haloalkyl selected belongs to allyl or benzyl type. The alcohol has an unsaturated or aromatic group in β-position relative to the atom of oxygen. EFFECT: higher quality of catalyst. 2 tbl
