Reaction conditions: reagent 1 is dehalogenated under conditions of interphase catalysis and aqueous solution of NaOH at 60-80 C in the presence of catalytic system consisting of the quaternary ammonium salt of the general formula: R1R2R3R4N+X- where X - Cl, Br where R1R2 - C1-C4-alkyl; R3 - C1-C18-alkyl; R4 - C1-C4-alkyl, allyl, benzyl and lower alkenyl or benzyl alcohol which can be substituted with halogen at mass ratio ammonium salt:alcohol = 1:(1-5).
