FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes the forming of superficial 2 and intermediate 3 layers of flexible material, their connection and flexible material cross-linking, with superficial layers 2 being reinforced with cloth before the forming and interior cavities being formed in the intermediate layer. The latter is formed in layers. In so doing calendered flexible material of intermediate layer 3 is superposed on one of formed superficial layers 2, technological templates 5 are laid on it in the places where the cavities are located, the space between the templates is filled with braids made of the same calendered material, the templates are covered with the same material 7. After that the preliminary thermomechanical machining is exercised, then the templates are extracted, another superficial layer is superposed and the final thermomechanical machining of the casing is carried out.
