FIELD: spacecrafts. SUBSTANCE: method and device are referred to control of relative movement, mainly of space objects, connected to each other by a flexible link, movable along its instant loop. Flexible link in stored state is formed as an adjustable dynamic loop, connected at least by one of its ends with a working section of the flexible link between objects. In case a working section of the flexible link between objects is being formed as two branches, the adjustable dynamic loop is made conjugated by each end with a corresponding branch of the working section of the flexible loop. Flexible link in stored state is formed as a multicoil dynamic loop. Means of flexible link storage are made in the form of additional guiding members, mounted on a body of at least one object and engaged with the flexible link stored section, formed as one or several turns. Additional guiding members have mating each other drives of fast pulling of the flexible link stored section. Drives of fast pulling of the flexible link are connected by guiding canals with means of regulation of the flexible link working section parameters and with a corresponding object orientation and stabilization system.
