FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: two space objects 1 and 2 are connected by means of flexible coupling 4 made in form of closed contour and motion is imparted to flexible coupling along the contour changing the rate of motion relative to space objects 1 and 2 to ensure correction of preset angular motion (position) of space object cluster with no change in length of contour of flexible coupling 4 between space objects 1 and 2, its symmetry and shape which is approximately circular making it possible to effect control both for the case when space object cluster (flexible coupling contour) is within plane of orbit 3 and beyond it. To change rate of motion, motion at similar acceleration relative to each space object 1 and 2 is imparted to flexible coupling 4 in direction along contour. Acceleration forms pair whose vector is oriented oppositely to preset vector of correction of angular motion of cluster and magnitude of acceleration is changed according to law of time exponent.
