FIELD: electrical engineering; antennas and miscellaneous specific pieces of equipment for ground and space applications. SUBSTANCE: current-carrying dynamic link is built up of one or more pairs of current buses 5, 6 electrically interconnected and connected to set 12 of connecting jumpers, each connected to buses at points ac and bc, shifted along closed circuit of current-carrying dynamic link, primarily over 360 deg. arc relative to each other (K= 1,2...). Buses 5, 6 can be connected to current-supply facilities 8, 9 of different polarity. With dynamic link moving along its closed circuit, voltage applied from facilities 8, 9 induces currents Ic through jumpers 12 whose total value is subject to low periodical variations due to displacement of dynamic link relative to facilities 8, 9; Currents in respective bus sections (ac-a)c+1 and bc-bc+1 are relatively compensated. As an alternative, dynamic link may be made with electric conductor in the form of double-turn coil whose first turn forms external region of link and second one, internal region; these regions can be connected to current-conducting facilities 8, 9. Dynamic link may be also provided with additional current regulating facilities arranged along it and various power loads installed on link may be connected to buses 5, 6 and/or to jumpers 12. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 10 cl, 16 dwg
