FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: plant comprises straight-flow saturator for supersaturation of sugar-containing solution with casing executed in the form of tube provided with saturation gas-supply means disposed in lower part of casing and connecting pipe to supply limed sugar- containing solution, and cylindrical vessel with bottom to separate saturation gas from solution provided with gas and solution discharge pipes. Cylindrical vessel is mounted coaxially with saturator tube in such a manner that upper discharge part of the latter is disposed inside the vessel over its bottom. Saturator has chamber for mixing fed limed sugar-containing solution with supersaturated solution disposed under the tube and connected with it. Plant structure provides repeated deep supersaturation of solution being refined with subsequent neutralization by lime solution. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of calcium carbonate adsorption refining at low pH values. 1 dwg
