FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method provides heating of diffusion juice to 55-60°C, mixing with carbonation precipitate, lime and recycled pre-saturation juice in quantity of 300-500% to the diffusion juice volume. Before recycling it is subjected to over-carbonation to achievement of pH 7.0-7.5. Pre-saturation of the specified mix is spent to pH 8.8-9.5. After pre-saturation the precipitate is separated by upholding. Clarified pre-saturation juice is subjected to a thermal progressive preliminary defecation, warm and hot defecation, saturation and filtrations.
EFFECT: increase of removal level of non-sugars in diffusion juice, improvement of sediment-filtration properties of a precipitate and decrease in products colour index of sugar production.
