FIELD: aerial equipment. SUBSTANCE: waveguide-horn radiator has section of waveguide short-circuited with metal plate. In center of E plane two longitudinal metal combs with smoothly changing gap between them are put. Radiator also includes exciter and hole for feeder. Metal combs are produced in the form of metallization of one of sides of dielectric plate installed in E plane of radiator. Bent conductor in the form of metallization is made on the other side. In projection it crosses gap between metal combs at distance λw/4 of metal plate, where λw is maximum working length of length of wave in waveguide. It forms exciter in this point which has no conductive coupling with metal combs. Hole for feeder is located in metal plate. Feeder is fabricated in the form of asymmetric strip line which screen is presented by first of metal combs. Strip os part of bent conductor placed between hole for feeder and exciter. In this case the rest part of bent conductor positioned between its end and exciter form together with second metal comb open section of asymmetric strip line λs/4 in length, where λs is maximum working length of wave in strip line. EFFECT: reduced mass and later a dimensions, simplified technology of manufacture of radiator. 5 dwg
