FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing algae to particle size of 5-15 mm before treatment in active medium. Acid treatment is carried out for 0.5-1.5 h at pH 2.0-4.0. Then algae are washed first in sea water then in fresh water to pH = 6.0-6.6. Before treatment with carbonate the washed mass is heated to 60-70 C with intensive stirring for 10-15 min. Carbonate is represented by sodium bicarbonate. Produced mass is crushed by homogenization, then frozen. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl
