FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: ferrosilicon and deoxidizing agent (granulated alloy magnesium-aluminium in the shell made of metal chlorides) are added to the melt. Components are added in the form of a mixture on the centrifuge machine groove before cast iron casting in it. Total content of sulfur and phosphorus in the melt is 0.1%, not more. Mixture quantity is calculated by the formula: Q = (1-7) x/S + P, where S and P - content of sulfur and phosphorus in cast iron. EFFECT: enhanced metal quality owing to combination of intensive nucleation and fluxing action of components adding to the melt in centrifugal force field action, decreased metal-capacity of tubes. 4 cl, 1 tbl
