The pipe lines are received within an underground tank. A pipe line for supplying gas is in communication with a supplying gas pipe line trough a tank for gas and cock for controlling gas supply into the geyser. A tank for water is in communication with a supplying pipe line trough a cock for controlling water supply into the geyser. The tanks for water and gas are positioned on surface of ground at top ends of the pipe lines for supplying water and gas correspondingly. The T-branch is positioned above the bottom end of the pipe line for discharging water and gas whose bottom end is positioned above the bottom end of the pipe line for supplying water.
