FIELD: elimination of electrostatic charges set up on the surface of spacecraft (satellites) and its fragments. SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of ion-plasma counter flows, deceleration of flows on obstructions, with the electron and/or ion secondary emission ratio being ≥ 1 within the flowrate range of ion-plasma flow, as well as in the direction of flow normally to the spacecraft surface towards its center of masses. The device implementing the method uses ion-plasma engines oriented in opposition or directed to flow receivers, whose surface is activated by substance with σ > 1, or directed to the spacecraft surface towards its center of masses. Modifications of the method and device are described in the additional articles of the patent claim. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of electrization control and reduced dynamic and electromagnetic interference. 5 cl, 1 dwg
