FIELD: clinical medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method involves exertion of prescribed physical efforts in two stages. In the first stage, physical load is varied from zero to 600 kgm/min and at the second stage from zero to 1,200 kgm/min. Disclosed method prescribes determining minute blood volume increments at the end of each stage and comparing obtained results with initial values, diagnosing one of syndromes (physiological adaptation syndrome, disturbed regulation compensation syndrome, and self-regulation mechanism decompensation syndrome) in the end of the second stage based on minute blood volume values, and determining regulation stability based on minute blood volume dynamics data. EFFECT: disclosed method allows determining aptitude of person under test for work under subextreme and extreme conditions and necessity in taking primary controlled treatment-and-prophylactic measures in dispensary observation conditions; higher reliability and quality; labour saving.
